Equipment and Product Resell:

In addition to the social and catering services, our franchisees will be able to sell both proprietary products and products for resell via their events and online portal.

  • Arts & Crêpes will produce branded, proprietary items such as: crepe batter, salad dressing, preserves, a cookbook, and more which will be made available for franchisees to sell and earn commission on. 

  • We also re-sell French Gourmet Products such as artisan mustards, preserves, sugars, and more which will also be available for franchisees to sell and earn commission on.

  • Equipment such as crepe making tools and other cooking utensils can be bougth directly from the franchisee's web portal.

Franchisee Start-up Costs:

  • The Crepe Master

    • $395 + local licensing fees

    • All required crepe making start up equipment

    • Manager’s food handling certification

    • All necessary crepe making training - 1 on 1 training plus database of training videos and recorded webinars

    • Back office with personal online portal, online store, event booking and calendar platform, payment processing, and customer support

    • Corporate marketing initiatives

    • Independent marketing set up: social media, print media, email marketing, SEO, etc

    • 75% commission on all event sales (less cost of goods and supplies)

    • 25% commission on all product sales

  • The Socialite

    • $ 595 + local licensing fees

    • Everything for the Crepe Master plus:

    • All necessary wine tasting training and 5 sauces training - 1 on 1 training plus database of training videos and recorded webinars

  • The Connoisseur

    • $795 + local licensing fees

    • Everything for the Socialite plus:

    • Leadership and team building training

    • Profit share in all team sales

  • The Grand Chef

    • $995 + local licensing fees

    • Everything for The Connoisseur plus:

    • Basic Catering Equipment

    • Proper licensing and permits for catering

    • Training for all catered event types in preparation, staffing, and execution

    • Ability to recruit teammates to work large scale events

    • Access to our network of local catering staff and staffing companies

 

Commissions and Money Distribution:All monies will be shared amongst franchisee, franchisee team leaders (connoisseurs and grand chefs), and corporate. In addition, all franchisees will be required to purchase branded goods for their events from corporate. They will also be required to purchase all equipment and supplies from corporate. Franchisee team leaders will earn a share in corporate revenues.

  • Sign up fees

    • 100% to corporate

    • Franchisee team leads will earn 20% for each new franchisee they sign up

    • 5% for each level

    • Maximum 4 levels

  • Workshop & Event Sales

    • 25% to corporate 

    • 5% for each level

    • Corporate retains remaining %

    • Maximum 4 levels (20% distributed, corporate retaining 5%)

    • 75% to franchisee

  • Cost of Goods/Inventory

    • 100% to corporate

    • Franchisee Team leads will earn 10% of the COGS of their teams

    • 2.5% each level

    • Maximum 4 levels

  • Product Sales

    • 75% to Corporate

    • Franchisee Team leads will earn 10% of the product sales of their teams

    • 2.5% each level

    • Maximum 4 levels

    • 25% to Franchisee
